Job Title: Civil/Structural Engineer

Report to: Design Manager

Minimum Qualifications / Experience :

• Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• At least 5 years (in aggregate) of practical experience in the execution of specialist building works after attaining the qualifications.

Job Skills Required :

• Proficient in using engineering design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAADPRO, and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with relevant structural codes and regulations in Singapore.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed analysis and design of civil and structural components for a range of projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated, cost-effective design solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, reports, and specifications to support project delivery.
• Ensure designs adhere to all relevant structural codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide on-site support during construction and assist with problem-solving as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Perform any ad hoc projects assigned by the Design Manager.
