The Opportunity

The Adecco is partnering with a Construction Equipment Manufacturer they are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Order Processing, Aviation Industry) to join their business!

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, looking for someone with experience in Order Processing or Sales Coordination to handle customers' order fulfillment needs and feedback within the Aviation industry.

  • Permanent, Full-time opportunity
  • Location: West region, transport provided at Clementi MRT
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm
  • Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB

The Job:

  • Manage customer orders for parts and repair units, ensuring efficient processing and delivery.
  • Oversee the Turn Around Time (TAT) for repairs, monitor and follow up on sales and purchase orders, and handle customer complaints with effective solutions.
  • Administer retrofit and warranty processes, generate reports, and perform administrative tasks.
  • Serve as the liaison between departments such as Workshop, Logistics, and QA regarding customer orders.
  • Provide on-call support for urgent issues (e.g., Aircraft On Ground, AOG) if required, and work to reduce un-invoiced activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.


The Talent:

  • Min Nitec / Diploma Holder.
  • Prior working experience in the Aviation Industry doing MRO related position.
