Job description

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager within the Trading and Portfolio Product Team which aims to develop and support robust, integrated solutions that drive efficient management across all key aspects of energy operations. This includes optimizing energy pricing, monitoring and forecasting consumption, facilitating procurement and hedging strategies, and managing associated Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs).

In this role, you would be helping to conceptualise, build and maintain tools and platforms (both internal and external) within the Pricing & Proposition workstream.

What you will be doing:
  • Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring seamless execution for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization, streamline processes, and build scalable solutions.
  • Work closely with designers and researchers to gather insights, conduct user research, and refine requirements.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team is focused on high-impact initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Develop and drive the product strategy for both internal and external pricing platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You will be a good candidate if you are:
  • Proven experience in B2B product management, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, enabling you to align diverse teams and drive consensus.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate product strategy effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A strategic mindset, capable of balancing long-term product vision with short-term business objectives and growth demands.
  • A user-centric and commercially driven approach, ensuring that product decisions align with both customer needs and business goals.
