Job summary

PAP Community Foundation is seeking a psychologist to conduct psycho-educational assessments and plan therapy for students. Responsibilities include formulating client-centred SMART goals with input from students, parents, and teachers, and communicating results effectively.

The role requires a recognised Master in Psychology and SPS registration, with at least two years of relevant experience. Independence and teamwork are valued in a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

  • Recognised Master in Psychology registered with SPS as a Registered Psychologist.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psycho-educational assessments for diagnosis of neurodevelopmental conditions, school placement, and therapy planning.
  • Formulate client-centred SMART goals in collaboration with students and relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate assessment results, therapy plans, goals and outcome measures to students and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide therapy recommendations based on evaluation of student's needs and clinical guidance.
  • Adhere to clinical SOPs and protocols; provide interventions for students in inclusion and integration settings.
  • Engage in continuing education, research activities and training; participate in CPD.
