Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in psychology with specialization in educational/developmental psychology.
• Evidence of at least 4 years of outstanding teaching track record and innovative uses of technology in teaching.
• Strong commitment to teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Sustained academic reputation with publications and/or major research grants.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach existing and new courses at undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as pre-service and in-service teacher education.
• Engage in research that informs policy and practice and publish in reputable journals.
• Develop a research agenda and programme; build professional connections with researchers and practitioners.
• Share expertise with NIE colleagues across platforms and contribute to service activities.
• Undertake administrative and/or leadership roles and participate in curriculum design and development.
