Qualifications

• PhD in evaluation/assessment or equivalent by time of application.
• At least 4 years of excellent teaching, with innovative approaches and educational technology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach and develop courses across undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs.
• Conduct research informing educational practice and policy.
• Build an active research programme and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Establish collaborations with local and international academic communities.
• Contribute to curriculum development and programme leadership.
• Undertake administrative responsibilities and service within the department.
