Job description

Our client, a well known brand within the education industry is seeking an Education Consultant (Sales) to join their team on a full-time basis.

As the Education Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide support services to prospective students and parents on studying overseas, (mainly Australia and NZ) and assist them in selecting their options to institutions all the way through to the point of enrolment

  • Act as the key point of contact for assigned university partners, ensuring the team is up to date on any progress or updates in relation to the institutions

  • Provide support to the team in outreach activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, events and presentations at schools

  • Ensure targets or KPIs set are achieved or exceeded

  • Support the Student Recruitment team in any other activities/tasks as and when required.

Skills and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline (advantageous if it is from an Australian/NZ university)

  • 1 year of relevant work experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Strong computer skills and familiar with CRM systems

  • Candidates who have taken part in study abroad/student exchange programs will also be considered.
