Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Teacher Aide to support FCE and Aesthetics lessons in a secondary school setting. You will assist with material preparation, maintain kitchen and classroom hygiene, and help manage inventories and routine administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork with teachers, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. It is a fixed-term contract spanning 11 months, with working hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm, weekdays.

Aufgaben

• Assist teachers in preparing materials, ingredients and equipment for FCE and needlework lessons.
• Set up workstations and maintain cleanliness, safety and hygiene in kitchens and classrooms.
• Wash, dry, organise and store utensils and equipment.
• Manage grocery deliveries, monitor inventory and remove expired ingredients.
• Reinforce students’ adherence to safety and hygiene practices.
• Handle laundry of kitchen linens and aprons.
• Support Art and Music teachers with material preparation and administrative tasks.
• Assist with student assessments, school events, exhibitions and outreach activities.
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, printing, scanning, stocktaking and venue bookings.
• Accompany students on learning journeys and perform other duties as assigned
