About the Role

Join Olympus Learning Academy as an Education Sales Consultant (Outdoor Roadshows & Events)! In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the growth and development of our innovative and essential courses. Working closely with the management team and teammates, you will be responsible for driving new business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Actively approach potential learners to promote our courses.
• Identify and secure sign-ups for courses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with learners.
• Demonstrate the learning outcomes and benefits of our wide variety of courses to prospective learners.
• Provide expert guidance and support to ensure our learners gain maximum value and knowledge from our courses.
• Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Proven outdoor sales experience, ideally within the adult education or B2C services sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the education market and current trends for jobs and courses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with learners for referrals.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to stand for long hours and walk consistently to approach potential learners.
• Comfortable with outdoor roadshows and events.
• Ability to achieve monthly targets.
• Collaborative mindset and a team player.
• Proficient in using smartphones and apps.

Work Schedule

• 3 to 4 days work week with flexible hours available, including at least 1 weekend.
