The East Asia Institute of Management is seeking motivated individuals to join their student recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving student enrolments, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates with a diploma or degree and relevant experience in sales management will be prioritized. A competitive salary and attractive commission structure will be offered.
Founded in 2001 in Singapore,East Asia Institute of Management (EAIM)is a 4-year Edutrust Private Education Institution offering a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. We are looking for highly motivated and result-driven individuals to be part of the student recruitment team to take the Institute to a higher level.
Responsibilities
Develop and establish new contacts and sales leads to achieve sales target
Ensure to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly quota
Drive number (student enrolment number) and activities (i.e. campaigns , open houses, information sessions, campus visits etc)
Understand competition and trends in the education sector to develop sales strategies and initiatives
Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets that are aligned with core competencies of the institution
Ensure compliance of SSG regulations and strict adherence to the Institute’s rules and processes
Requirements
Diploma / Degree with at least 1 years' relevant experience preferably in the education industry
Good and proven track record in sales management is essential
Highly motivated, hardworking and able to work independently to achieve targets
Good personality, resourceful and results-driven
Possess good assessment and experiences of education market is a plus
The successful candidates will be paid competitive salary plus attractive commission
