Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Education Program Manager who will be instrumental in overseeing the operational aspects of our academic programs. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Committee for Private Education (CPE) regulatory processes and be adept at managing a team of educational professionals. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong commitment to upholding educational excellence and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. CPE Process Management:

    • Ensure full compliance with CPE regulatory requirements.

    • Stay updated with changes in CPE regulations and implement necessary changes in operational processes.

    • Liaise with CPE and other regulatory bodies as required.

  2. Team Management:

    • Lead, manage, and develop a team of educational professionals.

    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

    • Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.

  3. Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the academic programs.

    • Ensure the effective implementation of academic policies and procedures.

    • Coordinate with faculty and administrative staff to ensure smooth functioning of academic activities.

    • Provide administrative support throughout the academic study term.

    • Coordinate student registration, attendance tracking, and maintain accurate program records.

    • Monitor program timelines, milestones, and activities, ensuring alignment with program objectives and survey scopes.

    • Conduct program evaluation surveys (e.g. module evaluations, pre-course, orientation) and compile data and findings for review and reporting.

    • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.

    • Manage the Learning Management System (e.g. Canvas), including user access control, announcements, and document uploads.

  4. Strategic Planning:

    • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans.

    • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and innovations.

    • Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with institutional objectives.

  5. Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure student satisfaction and academic quality.

    • Liaise with external stakeholders, including prospective students, course applicants, government agencies (e.g. ICA), and the public.

    • Respond to and manage stakeholder feedback and queries related to academic programs.

    • Provide verification support for alumni academic records and collaborate with institutions or corporate requestors.

  6. Quality Assurance & Compliance

    • Ensuring all programs adhere to EduTrust quality standards and institutional policies.

    • Maintain documentation and administrative records in accordance with regulatory and internal audit requirements.

    • Assist in quality assurance audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational operations, with a strong understanding of the CPE process in Singapore.

  • Proven track record in managing and leading teams.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
