About the Role

As the Education Manager at ATOP Academy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our school. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our high-quality educational programmes and ensuring the continuous improvement of teaching and learning in our East Coast campus.

What you'll be doing

• Providing strong leadership and guidance to the teaching team, promoting professional development and fostering a collaborative environment,

• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of curriculum and assessment practices, and implementing changes as needed,

• Liaising with parents, community stakeholders and regulatory bodies to build strong partnerships and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations,

• Analysing data and using evidence-based decision making to inform school improvement initiatives,

• Developing and implementing innovative teaching and learning strategies to enhance student outcomes,

• Promoting a positive school culture that values diversity, inclusivity and the holistic development of students.

• Extensive experience in an educational leadership role, preferably in a school or equivalent setting,

• Strong pedagogical knowledge and a proven track record of improving student outcomes,

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders,
