As we expand our operations, we are looking for talented Sales Executives to join us in bringing our courses to a wider audience.

Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our language programs (e.g., English, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, and more) to individual learners, parents, and corporate clients. You will manage enquiries, conduct consultations, and support the enrollment process across both online and physical centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell language courses to individuals, parents, and businesses
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable courses
  • Convert leads into confirmed enrollments and maintain relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Attend education fairs, webinars, and open house events to support student recruitment
  • Track and report sales performance using CRM and reporting tools
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with a structured commission scheme

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience (experience in education or training is an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Goal-driven and able to work under performance targets
  • Proficient in English; fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Google Forms, and CRM systems
  • Willing to work on occasional evenings or weekends, depending on client schedules
