Tuition Centre Sales Executive / Education Consultant

Location: Hougang / Paya Lebar (Multiple locations)
Working Hours: 1PM – 9PM | 5.5-day work week | Weekends required
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

You’ll be the face of the centre — the first person parents meet and trust. Your mission is to understand their child's academic needs and guide them to the right class. From first enquiry to enrolment, you’ll own the full sales process.

This role combines sales, consultation, lead generation, and centre coordination. If you’re people-savvy, target-driven, and want to make real impact in education — we want you.

What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
  • Proactively reach out to potential leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, roadshows, and digital channels
  • Follow up with cold/warm leads from Facebook ads, walk-ins, and referrals
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up status
️ Sales & Parent Consultation
  • Understand parents’ concerns and learning goals for their children
  • Recommend suitable programmes, levels, and schedules
  • Conduct consultations in person or via call/Zoom
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments
Centre & Class Coordination
  • Arrange trial classes, manage class placements, and coordinate with tutors
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of students
  • Work closely with the admin team to track available slots and class timings
Reporting & Target Management
  • Hit monthly enrolment targets (location-based)
  • Provide weekly updates on lead status, conversions, and feedback from parents
What We’re Looking For
  • O-Level / A-Level / Diploma or above
  • Strong communication skills; able to speak confidently to parents
  • Sales-driven with a positive, persuasive attitude
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Excel and basic tech tools
  • Able to work on weekends
Compensation & Growth
  • Basic salary + high commission per enrolment (Different Packages to discuss)
  • Top performers earn $8k/month
  • Training will be provided — no prior tuition sales experience needed, but preferred
