Job summary

Singapore American School is seeking a Technology and Innovation Coordinator (TIC), a divisional instructional leadership role to advance teaching and learning through intentional integration of technology, digital literacy, and emerging innovations.

The TIC partners with teachers, PLCs, and leaders to design future-ready experiences, aligns with priorities, and supports AI and digital literacy across the school.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a K–12 or educational setting.
• Demonstrated experience supporting teaching and learning through technology integration.
• Strong instructional coaching, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience designing or implementing learning experiences, curriculum, or professional learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine high-impact learning experiences leveraging technology.
• Model, co-teach, and support classroom practice with evidence-based strategies.
• Support digital literacy and AI integration in curriculum design and assessment.
• Collaborate with divisional leaders and PLCs to ensure consistent practices.
• Develop resources and toolkits to embed technology meaningfully.
• Coordinate and communicate technology initiatives within the division and school.
