Job summary

Hua Yi Secondary School in Singapore invites applications for a contract ICT/EdTech educator for 2027. The role develops InfoComm Club programmes in coding, 3D design and graphics, using tools such as Inkscape and Apple/iPad learning devices.

You will support learning with iPad devices, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, run EdTech workshops, and co-teach Project Work involving Design Thinking. Applicants should have an IT or related diploma and be proficient with AR/VR, Scratch, MakeCode

Qualifications

ITE or diploma in IT or related discipline required.
Ability to teach Apple hardware/iPad devices and coding tools.
Proficiency with M365, Google Workspace, AV systems, and maker-space tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver InfoComm Club programmes in coding, 3D design and graphics using Inkscape.
Support learning with iPad devices, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Apple Classroom.
Develop EdTech, gamification and AR/VR activities; maintain tools and run workshops.
Provide AV training and event support, maintain PA systems and assist OBS streaming.
Support video production using Final Cut Pro and recording studio facilities.
Conduct makerspace workshops and train teachers in EdTech.
Co-teach lower-secondary Project Work involving Design Thinking.
