The IT CRM Business Analyst for JPAC (Asia-Pacific) is a key member of the Global IT Commercial & Digital team, reporting to the Global IT Commercial & Digital CRM Service Owner. This role plays a critical function in supporting Veeva CRM, Veeva Network, and Veeva Align, working closely with both local and global teams to ensure seamless system functionality and optimal user experience.
