Job Description

1. Client Support & Customer Service

  • Deliver excellent, proactive customer service and maintain client confidentiality.

  • Assist with admin tasks, educate clients on Servcorp systems (especially Servcorp Home), and make regular contact with virtual office clients.

  • Attend client welcomes, train new clients, and prepare welcome kits.

2. Reception Duties

  • Manage front desk: greet visitors, answer calls promptly, direct inquiries, and maintain a tidy reception area.

  • Handle visitor management (security passes, office keys) and ensure professional representation at all times.

3. Administrative & Office Support

  • Handle mail, bookings, travel arrangements, and equipment use.

  • Use Wombat for task tracking and reporting; support monthly reporting and attend team meetings.

4. Meeting Room & Equipment Management

  • Monitor and manage bookings for boardrooms, equipment, and IT tools.

  • Ensure knowledge and readiness with all floor equipment (e.g. video conferencing, projectors, IP phones, scanners).

5. IT & Communications Support

  • Assist with internet connectivity, IP configuration, and IT requests.

  • Train clients on communication systems and aim for IT Service Admin accreditation.

6. Reporting & Communication

  • End-of-day check-ins with Manager for updates and issue escalation.

  • Keep Manager informed of all work-related matters.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in a relevant discipline

  • Candidates with hospitality experience will have a strong advantage
