Drive the organization's liquidity optimization and mitigate its financial, operational, and reputational risks. Manage a team of treasury specialists and officers.

Responsibilities

1. Relationship management with banks
2. Manage relationships with financial institutions
3. Identify opportunities to better utilize bank products and services
4. Parent company support
5. Reporting to KWE: monthly reporting, budget vs actual analysis
6. Support intercompany billing between APLL and KWE
7. Analyze profit sharing between APLL and KWE
8. Support and prepare for board meetings between APLL and KWE
9. Financial Policies, Guidelines, and Protocols
10. Ensure compliance with all corporate treasury policies
11. Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering requirements
12. Review and update processes and controls
13. Financial Information Systems
14. Review and grant access to treasury systems
15. Responsible for system maintenance and enhancements
