We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition and enhance the eye hospital's brand. This role involves managing digital marketing, content creation, patient engagement, and community outreach to promote our eye care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and patient volume.
Digital Marketing: Lead online marketing efforts (SEO, social media, email campaigns, paid ads).
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Patient Engagement: Develop strategies to retain and engage current patients.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost foot traffic and consultations.
Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing efforts.
Community Outreach: Build relationships with local organizations to raise awareness about eye health.
Reporting & Budgeting: Monitor campaign effectiveness and stay within budget.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in healthcare marketing (eye care or hospital experience preferred).
Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, excellent communication, and project management abilities.
Preferred: Experience with healthcare CRM systems and paid advertising.
