Senior Associate - Property Fund Finance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review books of accounts for the SPCs under the fund structure as per applicable IFRS / GAAP to enable calculation of quarterly NAV.
  • Prepare consolidated IFRS reporting packages and annual accounts for statutory audits.
  • Ensure all regulatory timelines related to financial results are met.
  • Support treasury functions, including review of daily cash management, cash flow projections, and banking mandates.
  • Coordinate and oversee the payment process.
  • Prepare and monitor Budget vs Actual and Liquidity for SPCs.
  • Coordinate with tax teams and agents for indirect taxes and corporate tax filings.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, trust accountants, and overseas offices.
  • Ensure timely submission of MI to management.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Qualifications in accounting or finance; CPA/ACCA is desirable.
  • Proficiency with GAAP and IFRS.
  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in an accounting, audit, or finance team.
  • Experience with operations and financial reporting for real estate funds is preferred but not essential.
