Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee contractors' work to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and contractual quality requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive Site Diary documenting daily events and surveillance activities.
• Attend site progress meetings, technical discussions, and consultant reviews.
• Monitor contractors' installation details to ensure adherence to Code of Practice (CP) and manufacturer installation instructions.
• Facilitate timely submission, review, and approval of shop drawings, technical submittals, and material samples.
• Prepare and maintain a list of outstanding or non-compliant works for discussion during site or progress meetings with the Project Manager.
• Track work progress against the project schedule and provide monthly updates on site activities.
• Address and resolve site coordination issues in collaboration with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct site inspections and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities with stakeholders.
• Compile and manage defects lists in coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Lead inspection, testing, and commissioning activities requested by Facilities Management (FM) and other stakeholders.
• Manage and execute special projects or tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant site experience in healthcare infrastructure, construction supervision, or design consultancy within the built environment sector.
• Familiarity with inspection processes in healthcare or other relevant built environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting; familiarity with 3D SketchUp software is a plus.
• Skilled in planning and preparing project schedules using project management tools or Excel.
