Benefits Summary:

• AV System Engineer (Audio Visual)

• Permanent role

• Basic salary up to $4,000 + Standby Allowance + AWS + VB

• Monday to Saturday: Office hours

• Location: Kaki Bukit

Responsibilities:

• Install and/or relocate equipment at customers’ sites, including start-up, cut-over, and check-out activities on new machines.

• Provide warranty support or paid service for out-of-warranty equipment through on-site preventive maintenance and addressing abnormalities. Coordinate service actions with customers to minimize downtime.

• Apply troubleshooting techniques to resolve equipment malfunctions, conduct diagnostics, assess severity, and determine corrective actions or escalate as needed. Replace defective units or parts when necessary.

• Implement field modifications or updates as per Engineering Change Orders, involving removal and installation of assemblies or machines.

• Maintain accurate logs, service records, part usage, diagnostics, and management reports.

• Develop good customer relations during installation and service contract execution.

• Represent the company professionally to customers, utilizing knowledge of products and services to inform about new or additional needs.

• Maintain company equipment (computers, tools, diagnostic equipment, spare parts) in good condition, secure, and accounted for.

Additional Information:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Service Engineer in semiconductor machinery.
