Due to our expansion, we are seeking a candidate to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for a Project Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects, with a strong focus on M&E & Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems. The role involves ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company procedures, timelines, and objectives.

• Job Responsibilities:

• Design knowledge in Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation systems, refrigeration & cold room systems

• Quality Control: Manage budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance

• Leadership: Assign tasks, mentor the project team, and ensure deliverables are on track

• ️ Risk Management: Identify and minimize project risks

• Documentation: Prepare shop drawings, OMM & T&C reports for clients

• Client Interaction: Communicate and cooperate daily with clients for smooth project progress

• Tendering: Assist in BQ & quotations for future projects

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering

• 3+ years of relevant experience in construction or a related field

• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, Microsoft Office
