Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams including PMs, Engineers/QA, CS, Ops, and Marketing to contribute to product decisions and execution.
• Provide ideas and solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints for any given project.
• Create end-to-end user flows, both low and high fidelity (UX/UI), and prototypes as needed.
• Review product releases qualitatively and through data, pre and post launch, to ensure high quality experiences for millions of app and web users.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years designing for consumer-facing products across multiple platforms (mobile app and web); must have crypto experience.
• Strong in visual design and interaction design; able to execute prototypes using tools to rapidly test and iterate different interactions and experiences.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate concepts and decision-making.
• Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple design concepts.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design practices.
• Familiarity with development methods and able to weigh implementation costs versus plan benefits.
• Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledgeable about iOS & Android design patterns.
• Ability to regularly perform competitive benchmarking.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment that celebrates efficiency and impact.
