As we continue to expand our presence across the APAC region, we are seeking a talented Brand Manager to oversee and grow our portfolio of fine spirits, building brand recognition and driving success in Singapore and across the region.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-oriented and strategic Brand Manager to manage our portfolio of premium spirits across APAC. This individual will take the lead in developing and executing tailored brand strategies for each brand within our portfolio, ensuring their growth and success in an increasingly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the portfolio of fine spirits (whiskies, gins, rums, agaves, etc.) distributed by La Maison du Whisky, ensuring optimal brand performance and alignment with business goals.

  • Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic brand plans for each brand, considering regional market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics across the various categories of spirits.

  • Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and monitor evolving consumer preferences, adjusting brand strategies accordingly.

  • Brand Activation & Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure integrated brand activations, marketing campaigns, and events (digital, retail, on-trade) to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure alignment in brand strategy execution and ensure that all touchpoints are consistent with brand objectives.

  • Brand & Retailer Relationships: Foster and manage strong relationships with our brands, retailers, and key partners across the region to enhance brand visibility, availability, and consumer engagement.

  • A&P Budget Management & Tracking: Manage the advertising and promotion (A&P) budget for each brand, ensuring that spending is aligned with business goals and is tracked and reported effectively. Monitor ROI on marketing activities and ensure optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and evaluate brand performance metrics (sales, market share, brand awareness, depletion, ordering etc.), providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.

  • Training & Support: Provide brand training and support for sales teams, distributors, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effective positioning of brands in the market.

  • New Product Launches & Innovation: Lead the introduction of new products and innovation initiatives, ensuring successful market entries and alignment with overall brand strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2-3 years of brand management experience, preferably within the spirits, beverage, or luxury sectors.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the fine spirits industry (whisky, gin, rum, agaves, etc.) and experience in managing multiple categories within the sector.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and implement tactical brand plans that lead to measurable business outcomes.

  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and teams.

  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing internal teams, distributors, and external partners.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.

  • Passion for Fine Spirits: A genuine passion for fine spirits and a deep understanding of their nuances will be highly valued.

  • Only Singapore Permanent Resident and Singaporeans will be considered (quota restriction)
