Job description

Our Client:

• MNC 3PL

• 5 Days, Office Hours

• Changi South (Co tpt provided)

• UP $5000 Basic + AWS + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full scope of Malaysia's monthly payroll operation and ensure payroll and personnel records are well maintained in HRM / Payroll system.

• Manage the monthly overtime process, prepare payroll reports timely, and monitor all contract renewals, confirmations, resignations etc.

• Manage leave management in system, ensure leave entitlement is updated accordingly, validate employees' reimbursement claims, and coordinate exit clearances if any

• Attend to queries from statutory bodies, handle payroll related enquiries via service request platform, and liaise with HRM / Payroll system vendor for system enhancement or customization

• Support in insurance benefits administration such as employee movement update and liaising with insurer on employees' claim

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR Management

• Minimum 4 years of payroll experience dealing with minimally 300 blue collar / OT eligible employees in the manufacturing / logistics industry

• Singaporeans only
