Job description

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors on tendered materials, budget, and work on the design.
2. Communicate and discuss with the technical manager, client, architect, or other relevant authorities on project scope, budget, troubleshooting, and schedule.
3. Liaise with the main contractor/architect and prepare section drawings, sampler board presentations with labeling, vendor names, and other relevant information for their selection and approval.
4. Arrange and schedule raw materials for processing in the factory and delivery to the site.
5. Issue work orders to the Production Department.
6. Liaise with the purchaser for raw material procurement, submitting Purchase Requisition Forms.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess a relevant Degree.
2. Preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
3. Knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Design Management.
5. Excellent leadership, time management, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
