Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Administrator to join their dynamic Human Resources team in Singapore. This pivotal role focuses on the strategic and operational management of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), enhancing data-driven decision-making, and improving HR service delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR leadership to align technology solutions with business needs, ensuring that the HRIS effectively supports HR processes and initiatives.

What you'll do:

As an HRIS Administrator, you will play a crucial role in optimising workflows to enhance the efficiency of HR operations. Your focus will be on maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to implement new modules, system enhancements, and provide end-user support. Your expertise in developing comprehensive reports will aid in strategic decision-making while your commitment to data accuracy will uphold the integrity of our systems.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the HRIS.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the system by conducting regular audits.
  • Work with the HRIS vendor to customise solutions to support HR programs.
  • Develop comprehensive HR reports and dashboards to support strategic planning.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and technical support.
  • Ensure the HRIS complies with labor laws and data protection regulations.
  • Partner with HR team members to ensure the HRIS supports cross-functional needs.
