- Excellent proficiency in written Chinese for liaising with Chinese associates.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR functions, such as recruitment & selection, pass application, HR date update, training, HR Audit, performance appraisal etc;
- Require to identify and execute effective recruitment strategies & HR initiatives, contribute to staff training & development, etc;
- Assist in preparing of staff organization chat for Tender submission.
- Prepare for the reports that requested by Beijing HQ
- Update and maintain employees' data in the system and personal files.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor or above degree, in Human Resources, Business, Construction or related majors;
- More than 3 years of experience in a similar role, and experience in construction industry will be a plus;
- Excellent written and spoken skills, communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of both English and Mandarin is a must, with excellent proficiency in written Chinese (In order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates
- 5 days work week
