Description
Apple is seeking an extraordinary Facilities Manager to support the growing team in Singapore. The Facilities Manager will leverage extensive skills and resources as a validated facility professional, with additional cross-functional administration expertise and exceptional customer experience skills. The role emphasizes managing site operations critical to ensuring consistent delivery and high performance of Soft & Hard Services. The Facilities Manager will work closely with Apple corporate functions and customers at all levels, providing structured and ad-hoc status reports.
Responsibilities
- Deliver, manage, and maintain services within Singapore offices, including:
- Hands-on site Soft & Hard Services
- Collaboration with Apple's Lines of Business, Places, and external vendors/partners
- Contributing to in-GEO OPEX planning and budgeting
- Handling commercial obligations such as lease, utility, and vendor payments
- Driving consistency in site services and resources
- Creating and maintaining best practices for the Facility Team
- Managing facility initiatives, programs, and projects
- Adhering to protocols, tools, and processes
- Tracking site service delivery, issues, risks, and results with customers
- Ensuring vendor compliance with SLAs and KPIs
- Implementing standards, policies, and guidelines
- Participating in facility management improvement programs
- Driving service improvements at the site level
- Supporting health & safety compliance
- Managing office occupancy reports and space planning
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in Facility Management or related field
- Degree in Facility Management or related discipline
- Experience in high-end corporate office environments preferred
- Contract and operations management experience

- Professional certification such as IFMA is desirable
- Project management experience is a plus
