Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary
  • Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and internal communication
  • Assist in compiling and submitting required documentation. Track deadlines and ensure timely submission or renewal of the required documents
  • Ensure the proper environment and security of the office
  • Maintain office equipment, manage the office cleaners, supplies and facilities
  • Any Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any field
  • Preferably with relevant experience in F&B industry.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
