- Handle daily office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary
- Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and internal communication
- Assist in compiling and submitting required documentation. Track deadlines and ensure timely submission or renewal of the required documents
- Ensure the proper environment and security of the office
- Maintain office equipment, manage the office cleaners, supplies and facilities
- Any Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in any field
- Preferably with relevant experience in F&B industry.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
