About the role

Seeking a talented Customer Service Executive to join the dynamic team at Von Roll Asia Pte Ltd. In this full-time position based in Woodlands Regional Centre North Region, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Accurately processing and fulfilling customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up

  • Providing effective problem-solving and dispute resolution to address customer concerns

  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and address customer needs

  • Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the customer service function

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales coordinator role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in using SAP SD/MM/PU and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Excellent Microsoft Office/Excel.

  • A positive, customer-centric attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
