About the role
Seeking a talented Customer Service Executive to join the dynamic team at Von Roll Asia Pte Ltd. In this full-time position based in Woodlands Regional Centre North Region, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Accurately processing and fulfilling customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up
Providing effective problem-solving and dispute resolution to address customer concerns
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborating with the sales team to identify and address customer needs
Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the customer service function
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a customer service or sales coordinator role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using SAP SD/MM/PU and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Excellent Microsoft Office/Excel.
A positive, customer-centric attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
