Job description

The Operations Executive supports the COO/CMO and works with HQ peers (Finance & Business Development) to manage and ensure smooth healthcare clinic operations. Based at HQ, the role involves regular travel to various clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinic Set-Up & Expansion:
    Support planning and execution of new clinic setups, including layout planning, licensing, CMS setup, staffing, and vendor coordination.
  • Daily Operations:
    Ensure smooth clinic operations – staffing, supplies, medication, equipment readiness, and service quality.
  • Process & SOP Development:
    Create and standardize SOPs across all clinics for onboarding, inventory, infection control, billing, IT downtime, and compliance.
  • Team & Performance Support:
    Work with Clinic Managers on staffing, discipline, training, and participate in regular reviews to address operational issues.
  • Contract & Panel Management:
    Support panel registrations (e.g., CHAS, PHPC), ensure accurate contract implementation and billing.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    Provide timely reports and ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
  • Other Duties:
    Perform tasks assigned by COO/CMO as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field
  • Prior experience in healthcare operations or clinic setup is essential
  • Familiar with TPA claims, licensing, and SOP documentation
  • Strong coordination, communication, and process improvement skills
