Support and uphold F&B SOPs so service flows like your favorite espresso shot — smooth and strong.
Lead by example in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and inspection-ready environment.
Regularly train team members in hygiene best practices — because safety is service too.
Keep a proactive eye on food handling, cleanliness, and all health protocols.
Proven experience in hospitality leadership, preferably in cafes or restaurants
Passion for coffee, service, and people
Ability to keep calm under pressure and lead a team with clarity and warmth
Strong communication skills — both listening and directing
