Job description

[GOVT] Engagement Manager (ICT Industry) – Strategy, Corporate & Governance Division

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (standard office hours), Full-Time (42 hours/week)
Salary: Monthly Rated (commensurate with experience)
Location: Mapletree Business City
Duration: Full-Time (1 Year)


Role Overview:
The Engagement Manager will be part of the Partnerships and Engagement team within the Strategy, Corporate & Governance Division. The role supports industry engagement efforts aligned with GovTech’s strategic priorities. The incumbent will coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure timely execution of engagement activities.


Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination

  • Liaise and coordinate with industry stakeholders to manage engagement requests in alignment with GovTech’s focus areas.

  • Prepare engagement assessments and meeting briefs for management's review.

  • Ensure all engagements are accurately logged and follow-up actions are tracked to closure.


Industry Research & Analysis

  • Compile and analyze supplier data for reporting and submission purposes.

  • Conduct research on the evolving ICT industry landscape to inform strategic engagements.


Operational & Administrative Support

  • Assist with other ad-hoc support activities related to industry engagements and stakeholder management.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Infocomm Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the ICT industry or related domains.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across teams.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with basic data analysis and reporting skills.

  • Prior experience with CRM systems and Tableau will be an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.

  • A reliable team player who can also work independently.
