A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, and policy formulation. Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage the full HR functions of the company.
  • Overall in charge of the HR department and daily HR-related operation matters
  • Develop and execute a local & APAC recruitment strategy
  • Proactively managing sourcing of potential profiles via a different channel
  • Assess applicant skills and experiences according to specific roles and provide suitable recommendations to the hiring Manager
  • Ensure best practices in recruitment and talent management
  • Compliances _Apply for and maintain TAFEP standards.
  • Ensure the company employment practices are compliant with the local & and APAC countries employment laws, the company policies, and international laws governing human rights.
  • Formulate, implement, and review HR policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for payroll-related duties as needed.
  • To develop and plan learning of Training and development policies, processes, and program to ensure effectiveness, relevance, and alignment to organizational goals and objectives of market trend competitiveness.
  • Review incentives, recognition, benefits, and awards to drive high performance and retain potential talents.
  • Review and approve end-to-end recruitment activities including of selections, offers, and acceptance.
  • Work closely with the Head of Departments to understand hiring requirements.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years HR related management experience.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any equivalent
  • Possess sound working knowledge of MOM legislation, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements and other local statutory requirements
  • Good hands-on experience in HR-related applications and technology.
  • Well-versed with prevailing HR best practices and strong knowledge in local legislation and statutory requirements in the APAC countries, especially in Singapore context.
  • Good communications & interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate with different personalities.
