Job description

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in day-to-day research project activities, including data collection, entry, and management

  • Conduct literature reviews and background research to support study design and analysis

  • Support ethics board submissions, documentation, and regulatory compliance

  • Coordinate with study participants, collaborators, and internal departments for smooth project execution

  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and other research-related materials

  • Maintain accurate and organised research files and records

  • Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field

  • Prior experience in research or healthcare projects is an advantage

  • Familiarity with research methodologies and ethical guidelines (e.g. IRB submissions).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis tools (e.g. STATA, SPSS, Python, R, or Excel) is a plus

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
