Job description

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of core banking processes, products, and services across various business lines (e.g., retail banking, corporate banking, wealth management, risk management, compliance).
• Demonstrated understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and applications in the banking domain, such as:
• Machine Learning (ML) for fraud detection, credit scoring, personalization.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) for chatbots, sentiment analysis, document processing.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with AI capabilities for process automation.
• Experience in working with data scientists and AI engineers is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
