Translator(Chinese-English-French)

  • Role involves occasional short business trips (3–10 days each, a few times a year) to assist the chairman, for translation purposes.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organised and multilingual Translator to support senior management. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Chinese, English, and French, and have strong administrative and coordination skills. You will play a key role in facilitating high-level business communications, managing schedules, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate high-level communication by translating and interpreting English, Chinese, and French for internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare, review, and edit business reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Assist in strategic planning, decision-making, and project coordination.
  • Liaise with different departments and international partners to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

Who Can Apply:

  • Only Singapore Citizens or PRs may apply.

Education & Language Skills:

  • Diploma or higher, preferably in French or other related business fields.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
  • Proficiency in French (B1/B2 level, preferably C1/C2).

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in translation, interpretation,executive assistance, business administration, or international work environments is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with senior executives and global partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
