- Managing foreign employee work pass related matters.
- Supporting and maintaining training administration and certification for operators.
- Supporting and coordinating HR welfare activities and employment engagement.
- Managing eLeave in Workday and reporting.
- Handling HR administration such as maintaining employee files and information in the Workday System.
- Managing day-to-day operations issues for Blue Collar employees.
- Ensuring timely confirmation of new employees.
