Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead Pre-UAT preparation, including creation and review of comprehensive UAT Test Plans and Test Cases.

• Collaborate directly with customers to plan, schedule, and manage UAT sessions, ensuring smooth execution and timely feedback collection.

• Analyze Functional Requirements and ensure adequate test coverage for:

• APIs and Integration Points

• SFTP-based Data Transfers

• Cloud Solutions (Azure)

• Frontend Platforms (Adobe AEM) and Backend Systems

• Understand and validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), including:

• Deployment Readiness

• Data Migration and Data Cleansing Activities

• Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)

• Performance and Load Testing

• Work closely with Agile teams to plan, prioritize, and track testing deliverables in alignment with sprint goals.

• Partner with the Scrum Master to monitor UAT progress, manage blockers, and report status to stakeholders.

• Review and provide feedback on UI/UX designs using Figma, assist in creating or modifying designs as per project needs.

• Ensure identified issues are properly documented, communicated, and tracked to closure.

• Support defect triage meetings and contribute to root cause analysis for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in QA Testing with at least 2 years managing UAT with customers.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Hands-on experience in:

• API Testing (using tools like Postman, Swagger)

• SFTP/Integration Validation

• Azure Cloud Environment

• Adobe AEM Frontend Testing

• Backend Data Validation and SQL

• Familiarity with Non-Functional Testing concepts: VAPT, Performance Testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner), and Data Migration Validation.

• Proficient in UI/UX tools like Figma for reviewing and creating/modifying UI designs.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Agile Tester or equivalent certifications.

• Experience in Test Automation Frameworks.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
