We’re hiring on behalf of a rapidly scaling AI startup that’s transforming how users interact with both digital platforms and intelligent robotics. We’re looking for a Product Designer with prior experience designing real-world AI applications —not someone just getting started with AI, but a professional who deeply understands how to translate complex machine learning functionality into clean, human-centered interfaces.

This role is ideal for a minimalist designer who thrives in startup environments, someone who can take a 10-page UX spec and distill it into a beautifully essential product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complicated AI concepts into intuitive user experiences, especially for real-time or data-intensive interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and hardware designers to develop UX for AI software and integrated robotic systems
• Conduct targeted user research to validate design decisions and uncover friction points
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that simplify technical complexity
• Define and maintain a clean, scalable visual system across all touchpoints
• Contribute to go-to-market and branding efforts, working closely with marketing and product
Help shape the company’s design direction and voice from the ground up

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven UX experience designing AI-powered tools —you understand terms like context length , top-k value , or prompt-tuning and can translate them into intuitive user controls
• Deep experience in UX , not just visual design—information hierarchy, interaction flow, and usability come first
• A strong track record of simplifying complex systems into essential, elegant interfaces
• Experience working in startups or fast-moving product environments
• A portfolio that shows smart design thinking, minimalism, and clarity
• Energetic, articulate, and collaborative problem-solver
• Bonus: Familiarity with front-end dev (HTML/CSS/JS) or design systems
