As a Project Executive, you will coordinate the schedule, budget, issues, and risks of the project. You will ensure the project is well-organized and runs smoothly, communicating with various departments and teams to ensure everyone is aligned. You must excel in a fast-paced, challenging work environment and be comfortable in a stressful atmosphere.

What will you do?
  1. Ensure team members have the tools they need to execute the project.
  2. Create project schedules with milestones, due dates, and estimates for materials and resources, such as team members, for review and approval.
  3. Coordinate documentation of each project phase and prepare summary reports for the project manager and steering committee.
  4. Pay attention to details and leverage tools to drive productivity and maintain accurate, up-to-date project information (progress, tasks, deliverables, financials, etc.).
  5. Assist or facilitate all aspects of the project with the project manager to stay on track, including communication, processing orders, executing workstreams, and maintaining documentation.
  6. Lead assigned tasks independently and reliably.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  1. At least 1 to 3 years of project administration experience in the development, implementation, and support of IT infrastructure projects.
  2. Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative, with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including persuasive techniques.
  3. Ability to develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships.
  4. Proficient in written and spoken English.
  5. Willingness to travel to customer sites locally as required.
