Job Description
Would you like to oversee the opening of our Mama Shelter Singapore?
The mission?
You will work closely with your Mama's Minister of Finance!
As a key business partner to the Administrative and Financial Manager, you will lead and organize the Accounting department: general accounting, suppliers, and customers.
You will manage cash entries and bank reconciliations.
You will verify cash registers, accounts, and debtors.
You will oversee receipts, collections, and maintain the hotel's cash register.
You will be familiar with internal control best practices.
You will reconcile income statements and balance sheets.
You will handle tax returns (tourist tax, VAT, etc.).
You will ensure adherence to good accounting practices; the hotel will monitor your work.
