Are you passionate about building and maintaining reliable, high-performing systems? We are looking for aDevOps Engineer to join our dynamic Monitoring Team at Acronis. In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies to optimize, scale, and ensure the stability of our monitoring systems. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our global infrastructure, supporting millions of users worldwide.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Optimize and ensure the stability of Prometheus and related systems.
  • Develop and deploy new features, resolve bugs, and enhance performance.
  • Align monitoring tools with the latest security standards.
  • Participate in weekly shift rotations during business hours.
  • Drive automation and configuration management with tools like Ansible.
  • Improve CI/CD processes and develop automated tests.
  • Manage code repositories and collaborate on best practices.
  • Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and share knowledge through documentation.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps or SRE Engineer.
  • Strong expertise in Linux administration (rpm-based) and troubleshooting.
  • Proven skills in automation and configuration management, especially with Ansible.
  • Solid understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
  • Hands-on experience with the Prometheus stack, Kubernetes/Docker/Helm, and Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with a global team.
