What the role is:

Under the Prime Minister's Office, the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) is the government department responsible for the investigation and prevention of corruption in Singapore. It ensures that zero tolerance towards corruption is maintained, and Singapore remains corruption-free.CPIB welcomes motivated individuals who are willing to play the important role of providing administrative and operational services in supporting the Bureau's needs and its mission.

What you will be working on:

You will be part of the team of officers in CPIB’s People Management & Development (PMD) Division that oversees the full spectrum of human capital strategies and initiatives such as workforce planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee engagement, staff well-being and personnel administration etc.As an Assistant Executive / Senior Assistant Executive (Employee Engagement), you will handle a spectrum of HR activities and processes which include (but not limited to):• [Industrial & Employee Relations] Implement initiatives and policies that promote industrial relations (e.g., engagement activities, communication sessions), and support the investigation of industrial relations cases (e.g., assist in grievance, dispute and negotiation processes).• [Employee Engagement & Well-being] To develop, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives that drive employee engagement & well-being, so that employees can be engaged, enthused and productive in their work environment.You will also be required to provide guidance to supervisors and staff on HR guidelines, initiatives and procedures; and perform any other duties or projects as assigned by management.

Requirements• Strong credentials with relevant experience in HR, preferably in the Public Sector.• Self-driven, resourceful and results oriented.• Effective written and communication skills.• Confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels.• Strong ability to multi-task and work effectively in teams as well as independently.• Have a passion for HR work.• Is a Singaporean Citizen.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
