A leading company in education seeks an experienced Administrative Officer to manage front desk duties, coordinate events, and assist with safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a GCE 'A' Level or Diploma and at least 3 years of administrative experience, proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
Location: Bukit Batok
Working Hrs: 40hrs/Week
Responsibilities:
Admin Functions:
1. Reception duties: Manage front desk
2. Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and manage calendars
3. Correspondence: Prepare and distribute memos, reports
4. Event organization: Assist in planning school events
5. Procurement: Handle purchasing tasks
6. Liaison: Address queries from teachers, students, and parents
7. Inventory management: Manage office supplies
8. Data management: Assist with data entry and database management
Operations Functions:
1. Event management: Coordinate logistics and vendor liaison
2. Safety Committee support: Assist Vice Principal with safety-related tasks
3. Safety records: Manage safety reports and documentation
4. Safety exercises: Organize drills and safety initiatives
5. External communication: Liaise with external agencies on safety matters.
