The Opportunity
  1. Welcome visitors and customers at the showroom.
  2. Assess concerns and assign visitors/customers to appropriate service counters.
  3. Manage the workload of sales executives by maintaining an overview of operations.
  4. Create transparency in planning and ensure smooth workflow.
  5. Reprioritize deployment of sales staff during bottlenecks.
  6. Manage showroom operations to project a positive brand image.
  7. Act as a liaison between departments and serve as a contact for customer care colleagues.
  8. Handle customer complaints, comments, and feedback to resolve issues.
  9. Train ground staff on brand heritage, product knowledge, and sales presentation techniques.
Requirements
  1. Possess a tertiary qualification with at least 5 years of experience in communications, customer service, or sales.
  2. Outgoing personality with enjoyment in engaging with people.
  3. Confident with strong social and communication skills.
  4. Ability to anticipate challenges and provide solutions.
  5. Positive, service-oriented attitude with strong follow-through.
  6. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Experience in airline, retail sales, or service industry is advantageous.
