About The Opportunity

OKX is seeking a visionary and highly experienced Product Director for User Growth. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving natural product growth through innovative product features that boost user conversion, retention, and reactivation. You will leverage the product itself as a catalyst for viral growth, ensuring that our platform not only attracts new users but also deepens engagement and loyalty. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader with a passion for growth hacking and a proven track record in scaling products from zero to one, especially in the European and American markets.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that harness the power of product features to drive natural user acquisition and retention.
2. Spearhead initiatives to create viral growth loops within the product ecosystem.
3. User Conversion, Retention, and Reactivation:
4. Design, implement, and optimize product-led experiments to boost user conversion rates, increase retention, and reactivate dormant users.
5. Analyze user behavior data to continuously refine growth strategies and improve the overall user journey.
6. Cross-functional Leadership:
7. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to identify growth opportunities.
8. Lead and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to growth initiatives.
9. Data-driven Decision Making:
10. Utilize advanced data analytics to track performance metrics, measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, and inform strategic decisions.
11. Implement agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and continuous improvement of growth experiments.

What We Look For In You

Experience:

1. 5+ years of growth hacking or growth marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on leveraging product features for organic growth.
2. Proven direct experience in launching and scaling products from 0 to 1 in the European and American markets.

Technical and Analytical Skills:

1. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and experimentation, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
2. Proficiency in data tools and agile methodologies to manage and optimize growth initiatives.
3. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Strategic Vision:
